New entranceway, stair and metal railings to the front of an early 19th century property, facing into a residential square, and part of a Grade II listed terrace and a conservation area.

In light of the cultural heritage value of the property, as part of a historic terrace and urban townscape, the design of the proposed alterations and additions was carefully considered to ensure that they were appropriate and in keeping with the property and surroundings.
