Goode Architecture have obtained planning permission for works to 'The Pavilion', a 19th century former coach house, now a family home, which sits within the sensitive context of the Cator Estate and Blackheath Park Conservation Area.
Our proposals include much-needed repairs to the building fabric to ensure its ongoing preservation, the removal of unsympathetic additions to the house, and developing carefully-designed extensions which are in keeping with the host building and reconfigure the interior to better accommodate the needs of the owners.
